As per the top sources, the anti terrorism squad [ATS] of Maharashtra has identified Yasin bhatkal, an active member of Indian mujahedeen, as the prime accused in the German bakery blast in Poona. Mr. Yasin has been detected as the key mastermind of this deadly blast that took a heavy toll and put the entire nation to a great shock.

This outfit was formulated by the deadly Pakistan terrorist outfit lashkar e toiba to excel the operations of terrorism on the Indian soil.

As per the home minister of Maharashtra, the attack was formulated as a part of the Karachi project that the terrorist outfit had undertook. The home minister has confirmed to the sources that Yasin bhatkal alongwith his brother riyaz who is also the chief of the Indian outfit are the key planners. The powerful blast took place at the German bakery located in Koregaon Park in the city of Poona.

It was a deadly blast that took a tool of 17 people, majority of them being the students from the prestigious colleges of India. The minister further said that the government already suspected the outfit but now it has clear evidence against the outfit. This mastermind was also behind the serial train blasts in Mumbai in July 11 2006 that took a heavy toll of 187 people.

There has been uproar over this incident because many circles believe that this will ignore the concerns of Tokyo and this could give pave a way for certain inflammatory remarks from certain sources in Japan.

As per the Japanese media circles, these executions are the first on any Japanese national since the normalization of the diplomatic ties between the two nations in the year 1972. The fact remains that so far there has not been any rebellion or an outcry about this issue in Japan although the fact remains that Japan and US are the only two G8 nations that go for the executions. This death penalty has received approval from around eighty six percent of the Japanese people, as per the poll survey.

The three Japanese citizens that were executed are Teruo Takeda convicted for methamphetamine purchase. The other two in the list are Hironori Uka and Katsuo Mori.
