India Will Execute The Satellite Program With The Help Of Indigenous Cryogenic Engine
London, Date—8th April 2010, Friday
As per the top sources of technology and research, will launch the program of a highly advanced communication satellite. India will put this state of the art communication satellite into orbit with the help of the indigenous cryogenic engine designed by the Indian scientists and engineers. As per the technical sources, the cryogenic engines operate on the fuels that need low temperatures for liquefaction otherwise these liquids will come to the gaseous state. The fact is that so far only five nations in this world have this highly advanced engine development technology.

As per the BBC reporter on the science and technology related news, Mr. Johnathan Amos, this launch will place India in the list of top satellite manufacturing nations and this launch will be an another milestone in the Indian space technology. As per the BBC correspondent and the leading global space scientists, it is not at all easy to handle the super cold propellants in cryogenic engine.
Definitely, this launch will put a seal on India as a leading global space power. As per the chairman of ISRO, K. Radhakrishnan, this technology is highly complex and extremely strategic and this new engine will be fixed in the upper chamber of GSLV [geo stationary launch vehicle]. He further said that the rocket will send the satellite into space on the fifteenth of April, 2010 from Sri Harikota, which is the major satellite launching base of the nation.
